How can I get assistance to place an order?

How can I modify the order I have just placed?

I have just completed my order but I have not received a summary.
It can happen that the confirmation is sent a few minutes after placing the order. However, please check your "Spam" folder: the email may be in this folder depending on your email account settings. If you haven't received an e-mail, please contact Customer Service

DELIVERY

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping in Italy is free on all orders over € 50.00.
Shipping to other European countries is € 17,99 (VAT included).
For non-European countries the shipping cost is € 30,00 (vat included).
Shipping is free in Europe for orders over € 100,00.

What is the delivery time?
Orders without customization will be processed in 2 working days.
For all orders with customization the delivery time is 10 working days.

How can I track the progress of my order?
As soon as the package is handed over to the courier in charge of delivery, you will receive an email confirming the shipment containing the tracking code.

Is payment secure?
All the transactions made on the Ulturale.com website are secure. The presence of a padlock next to the address of the page that starts with "https" indicates that you are in a secure environment.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

How can I return or exchange an item purchased on the Ulturale.com site?
Items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from receipt of the order, subject to prior notification and authorisation by Ulturale S.r.l.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received the returned item.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
