Changes, returns and refunds
Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of order upon notification and authorization by Ulturale S.r.l.
Exchanges and returns cannot be made on items with custom-made customization.
Shipping costs for exchange or return are the responsibility of the company.
The customer will be responsible for its return and contents until received by our warehouse. Ulturale is not responsible for lost/damaged/not received shipments by customers' chosen couriers.
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order to agree on how to return/exchange it.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt
How soon will I receive my exchange?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you of the status of your request.
You will then receive your change in 4-6 business days.
